Directions:
Saute zucchini and onions in butter. In a separate bowl,
whip together eggs, milk and sour cream. Season the mixture with
salt & pepper. Combine zucchini mixture, eggs and canadian bacon.
Pour into a skillet and scramble. Turn mixture into a greased 13x9
inch pan. Top with grated cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for
20-30 minutes - or until the cheese is melted and a little brown. |
